TokyoLima Culinary Director Chef Arturo Melendez and Head Chef Justin Lo unveil “Intoxicating” – a tantalising new menu that promises a sensory journey through intoxicating aromas and bold flavours combinations that highlight TokyoLima’s audacious and playful approach to Nikkei cuisine.
Combining exotic ingredients and cooking techniques from both Japanese and Peruvian cultures, TokyoLima invites guests to lose themselves in the exciting flavours of Nikkei cuisine. All dishes are designed to be shared with friends.
Tucked away on Lyndhurst Terrace, as guests enter TokyoLima, they are transported to a Japanese Izakaya hangout. The opulent bar with its intricate brass and gold features opens up into the restaurant with its open kitchen, where all can see the chefs at work.
